Trouble Logging into the Chrome Extension

If you have an issue opening the Chrome extension and see a message like "Your are not logged into Custom Fields", follow these steps:

First, ensure you are logged into the Bonify Custom Fields app using the Shopify > Apps page:

1. Go to your Shopify store admin > Apps
2. Select "Bonify Custom Fields" to log into the app.
3. Ensure you are successfully seeing the app home page.
4. Go back and try using the Chrome extension again.

If your issue persists the issue is most likely with "third party cookies".

Fix Third Party Cookie Setting to Fix Login Issues

1. Open Chrome settings.
2. Click "Privacy and security".
3. Click "Third-party cookies".

4. Under "Allowed to use third-party cookies" click the "Add" button.

5. Enter "admin.shopify.com" and click "Add"

6. Try the Chrome extension again.
