Decimal Field stores data as decimals with the option to specify a minimum, maximum and decimal places.

In addition to content entry settings shared by all field types, the Single Line Text Field includes the ability to limit the amount of text to ensure content meets any display requirements.

• Minimum value
  • Minimum number amount allowed. If a number that is too small is entered, an error is shown. 
• Maximum value
  • Maximum number amount allowed. If a number that is too large is entered, an error is shown.
• Maximum Precision
  
  • Maximum number of decimal places allowed.
